Nothing on this Site constitutes medical advice. All content is provided for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified, licensed healthcare provider before making any decisions about your health or treatment. Reliance on any information provided by this Site is solely at your own risk.

3. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure clinic information is accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing. Clinic details including hours, pricing, services, and contact information may change. Always verify information directly with the clinic before making healthcare decisions.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to: (1) use the Site for any unlawful purpose, (2) submit false or misleading information through any form, (3) attempt to access or interfere with the Site's systems or data, (4) scrape or systematically extract data from the Site without permission, or (5) use the Site to spam or harass clinics or other users.

5. Consultation Request Forms

When you submit a consultation request, you authorize us to share your contact information with the clinic you selected. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a clinic and are not responsible for any services, pricing, or outcomes resulting from clinic interactions. We do not guarantee that any clinic will respond to your request.

6. Third-Party Clinic Listings

Clinics listed on HormoneMap are independent third parties. We do not endorse, warrant, or guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or appropriateness of any clinic or provider. Any dispute between you and a clinic is solely between you and that clinic.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, design, graphics, and code — is owned by Ten After Ten Group LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Clinic names, addresses, and NPI data are sourced from public government databases (NPPES) and Google Places.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ten After Ten Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any clinic services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed $100.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
